What happens when you skip a birth control pill or two, or three?
You end up pregnant!
What happens if the pharmaceutical company mislabeled their product so you didn’t take it correctly?
You sue, while pregnant!
A birth control lawsuit alleges pills made by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals, a subsidiary of Endo Pharmaceuticals, were labeled improperly so women who took them became pregnant! Qualitest Pharmaceuticals recalled the pills in September 2011, according to a Food and Drug Administration safety alert.
The lawsuit concerns “an extremely small number of pill packs that were manufactured by an external contract manufacturer,” Endo spokeswoman Heather Zoumas-Lubeski told CNN. “Endo has been able to confirm only one blister pack that manifested a defect and was sold to a patient.”
More than 100 women, more than likely, will receive compensation for the child they never expected.
At least college will be paid for.
